It is hereby stated that Este has been formally enrolled into the city's 18-month cultural mandate, established in accordance with the Ministry of Culture. Under the terms of this mandate, Este is entrusted to place gastronomy at the heart of the city's cultural life. Every service we compose is rendered in fulfilment of this programme — a deliberate and enduring contribution to a strategy far larger than a single table.
